Unich Network respects the intellectual property rights of creators, developers, brands, and users worldwide. All participants using Unich Network's products, services, applications, protocols, and community features are required to comply with this Intellectual Property Policy, as well as Unich Network's Terms of Service and applicable Community Standards. Content that infringes or misappropriates another party's intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark rights, is not permitted on Unich Network.
This policy applies to all forms of content and activity across the Unich ecosystem, whether created, uploaded, shared, distributed, or interacted with through centralized interfaces, decentralized applications, smart contracts, social features, or any other technical layer supported by Unich Network.
Copyright is a legal right that protects original works of authorship, such as written content, images, videos, music, audiovisual materials, software code, and other creative expressions. Copyright protection applies to the specific form in which an idea is expressed, rather than to abstract ideas, general concepts, methods, or factual information themselves.
Users remain responsible for ensuring that any content they contribute to Unich Network is either their own original work or content they are legally authorized to use.
Unich Network does not allow content that infringes upon the copyright of another person or entity. Using copyrighted material without proper authorization, a valid license, or a legally recognized justification may violate this policy and applicable laws.
However, not all uses of copyrighted works without permission are unlawful. Many jurisdictions recognize exceptions that allow limited use of copyrighted materials without authorization under certain conditions. These include fair use under United States law, fair dealing under European Union law, and similar exceptions or limitations provided under other local legal frameworks. Whether a particular use qualifies for an exception depends on the applicable law and the context in which the content is used.
Content that is determined to violate another party's copyright may be removed from Unich Network. In situations where infringement occurs through specific features or services, Unich Network may also restrict or suspend access to those features for the responsible user.
Unich Network has implemented a repeat infringer policy that allows for escalating enforcement actions against users who repeatedly violate copyright rules. In appropriate circumstances, accounts that engage in repeated infringement may be suspended or permanently banned. In cases involving severe or intentional violations, Unich Network reserves the right to take immediate action, including account termination. Accounts that have been used for improper or abusive activities may be denied future access to Unich Network services.
If you believe that your copyrighted work is being used on Unich Network without authorization, you are encouraged to first contact the user responsible for the content to seek a direct and informal resolution where possible.
Rightsholders may also submit a copyright infringement report to Unich Network to request the removal of allegedly infringing content. Such reports must comply with the requirements of applicable laws, including the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act or equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions. To allow Unich Network to evaluate a report, all requested information must be provided accurately and completely. Unich Network may contact the reporting party if additional clarification is needed. Incomplete or insufficient reports may be rejected or result in delays in processing. Information contained in a report, including the identity of the copyright owner, may be shared with the user who posted the reported content.
Before submitting a report, rightsholders should consider whether the use in question may qualify as a lawful exception under applicable copyright laws. Submitting knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent reports may result in denial of the request and could expose the reporting party to legal liability under applicable laws.
In accordance with Article 17 of Directive (EU) 2019/790, rightsholders who wish to inquire about authorizing Unich Network to make their copyrighted works available within the European Union may contact Unich Network through designated channels for rights management requests.
Rightsholders may also request that specific music, audiovisual works, or other copyrighted materials be made unavailable within the European Union. Such requests must include sufficient information to identify the rightsholder and the protected works. Upon verification of the request, Unich Network will take reasonable steps to restrict access to the specified content within the EU.
When submitting a copyright infringement report, rightsholders may request that Unich Network make reasonable efforts to prevent the same content from reappearing on the platform in the future. Where content is removed following a valid report, Unich Network will use appropriate measures to reduce the likelihood of repeated uploads of identical material.
Users located outside the European Union will receive a notification if their content is removed due to a copyright infringement report. Removed content may be permanently deleted after a period of time in accordance with applicable laws and Unich Network's data retention policies. Once deleted, such content cannot be restored.
If a user believes that their content was removed in error or that they were authorized to use the copyrighted material, they may contact the copyright owner directly to request a retraction. Users may also submit an appeal through Unich Network's designated appeal process. Appeals must include all required information, including contact details and supporting evidence. Appeals that fail to meet legal or procedural requirements may be denied. Where permitted by law, appeal materials, including user contact information, may be forwarded to the original reporting party, who may choose to pursue legal action. Unich Network may reinstate content if it determines that no infringement occurred or if no legal action is initiated by the rightsholder within the required timeframe. The decision to reinstate content remains at Unich Network's discretion.
Users located in the European Union will also be notified if their content is removed following a copyright infringement report. Removed content may be deleted in accordance with applicable laws and data retention requirements and cannot be reinstated after deletion.
Under EU law, certain uses of copyrighted works may be permitted without authorization, including use for quotation, criticism, review, caricature, parody, or pastiche, provided that such use is fair. Additional exceptions may apply depending on national laws within the EU. For a use to qualify as fair, it must generally be limited to what is necessary, include appropriate acknowledgement of the source where applicable, and not unreasonably harm the legitimate interests of the rightsholder. Users who believe their content falls within these exceptions may submit an appeal through Unich Network's appeal mechanism.
A trademark is a word, name, symbol, logo, slogan, design, or combination thereof that identifies the source of goods or services and distinguishes them from those of others. Trademarks play a key role in protecting brand identity and consumer trust.
Trademark laws prohibit the unauthorized use of identical or confusingly similar trademarks in a manner that may mislead or confuse others regarding the source, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of goods or services.
At the same time, certain uses of trademarks are generally permissible, such as accurately referencing a brand, lawfully commenting on or criticizing a product or service, creating parody or comparative content, or operating a fan page, provided that such use does not imply official affiliation or endorsement and does not otherwise violate the trademark owner's rights.
Counterfeiting involves the unauthorized manufacture, distribution, sale, or facilitation of goods bearing a trademark that is identical or substantially similar to a registered trademark, without the trademark owner's permission. Such activities infringe trademark rights and undermine trust within the ecosystem.
Content that violates trademark rights may be removed from Unich Network. The platform does not permit the promotion, sale, trade, or solicitation of counterfeit goods. Where trademark violations occur through specific features or real-time functionalities, access to those features may be temporarily restricted.
Unich Network enforces a repeat infringer policy for trademark violations. Accounts that repeatedly infringe trademark rights may be suspended or permanently banned. In cases involving serious or deliberate violations, Unich Network may take immediate enforcement action and may refuse to allow previously terminated account holders to re-register.
Trademark owners who believe their rights have been infringed are encouraged to first seek a direct resolution with the user where possible. Alternatively, trademark owners may submit a trademark infringement report to Unich Network. Reports must include all required information to allow proper evaluation. Unich Network may contact the reporting party for clarification. Incomplete or misleading reports may be denied and could result in legal liability under applicable laws.
Users will be notified if their content is removed due to a trademark infringement report. Removed content may be deleted in accordance with applicable laws and data retention policies and cannot be reinstated after deletion. Users who believe their content was removed in error or that they were authorized to use the trademark may contact the trademark owner directly or submit an appeal through Unich Network's appeal process. Appeal information may be shared with the reporting party where permitted by law.
Users are solely responsible for the content they post or make available through Unich Network. If you have questions about copyright or trademark laws, or about whether your content may infringe another party's rights, you may wish to consult a qualified legal professional.
Similarly, rightsholders who are uncertain whether particular content infringes their intellectual property rights should consider seeking legal advice before submitting a report. Unich Network does not adjudicate disputes between third parties and may not be able to resolve all claims. In accordance with legal obligations, Unich Network provides mechanisms for reporting and disputing intellectual property claims, but users and rightsholders may also pursue other remedies, including alternative dispute resolution or court proceedings, as permitted under applicable laws.
