IMPORTANT NOTICE: THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CONTAIN PROVISIONS THAT GOVERN HOW DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND UNICH NETWORK ARE RESOLVED, INCLUDING A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE.
Unich Network, together with its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, operators, and service providers (collectively referred to as “Unich,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates a blockchain-based platform designed to enable social interaction, digital identity, economic participation, and the creation, accumulation, and use of cryptographic assets within the Unich ecosystem.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Unich and govern your access to, interaction with, and use of all products, applications, websites, software, interfaces, experimental features, and services made available by Unich Network, whether accessed via web, mobile applications, decentralized interfaces, or any other medium now known or later developed (collectively, the “Services”).
Before accessing or using any part of the Services, you are required to carefully read and understand these Terms. By accessing, registering for, interacting with, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. Your use of the Services also signifies your consent to the collection, processing, and use of information in accordance with Unich Network’s Privacy Policy, as it may be updated from time to time.
If you do not agree to these Terms, in whole or in part, you are not authorized to access or use the Services. Any continued use of the Services following the publication of these Terms, or any updates thereto, shall be deemed conclusive evidence of your acceptance.
Unich reserves the right to revise, amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, to reflect changes in the Services, technological developments, legal requirements, regulatory considerations, or operational needs.
The most current version of the Terms will always be made available through Unich Network’s official platforms. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms to remain informed of any changes. Your continued access to or use of the Services after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Services immediately.
By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to comply with all obligations set forth herein. You further represent that you are using the Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules.
The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18). By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and that you are legally permitted to engage in activities involving blockchain technologies, digital assets, and cryptographic systems.
Unich Network operates on a global basis. By accessing the Services, you affirm that such access and use are lawful in your jurisdiction. Laws governing digital assets, blockchain-based platforms, and decentralized systems vary significantly across regions, and you acknowledge that it is solely your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws applicable to you. Unich does not provide legal advice and does not assume responsibility for determining whether your use of the Services is lawful under any specific jurisdiction.
Your access to the Services is expressly conditioned upon the accuracy of the representations made in this section. Unich relies on these representations in making the Services available to you.
Certain features of the Services require the creation of a user account. You are responsible for safeguarding all credentials associated with your account, including passwords, cryptographic keys, recovery phrases, or any other authentication mechanisms.
You acknowledge that your account functions as the primary identifier for your activities within the Unich ecosystem, including access to features, participation in network activities, and interaction with digital assets or rewards. Any actions taken through your account will be deemed to have been taken by you, unless you promptly notify Unich of unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of the Services. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or reuse your Unich credentials across other platforms. If you become aware of any unauthorized access, security breach, or compromise of your account, you must notify Unich immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unich shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security or to comply with the obligations described in these Terms.
The Services may allow you to create, submit, publish, or share content, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, data, or other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you are solely responsible for it and for any consequences arising from its publication or distribution through the Services.
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that such content is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party. You further represent that your User Content does not contain malicious code, deceptive practices, unlawful material, or content intended to harm, harass, mislead, or exploit others.
You grant Unich a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, distribute, and integrate your User Content for purposes related to operating, maintaining, promoting, and improving the Services. This license survives the termination of your account to the extent necessary for the continued operation of the Services.
Unich reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, moderate, restrict, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or that Unich reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or its community.
You agree to use the Services in a manner that is lawful, ethical, and consistent with the intended purpose of Unich Network. You must not attempt to exploit, disrupt, manipulate, or undermine the technical infrastructure, economic mechanisms, or social integrity of the Services.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access to systems or accounts, reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code, distributing harmful software, creating fraudulent or automated accounts, manipulating reward or token mechanisms, or engaging in any activity that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Unich may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services, restrict certain features, or invalidate rewards or digital assets obtained through prohibited conduct, without prior notice.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that your access to and use of the Services is entirely at your own risk. The Services, including all software, applications, content, features, and digital assets made available through Unich Network, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Unich expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability. Unich does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from defects, nor does it warrant that any defects will be corrected.
You acknowledge that Unich does not control how users interpret, interact with, or rely upon the Services, and Unich assumes no responsibility for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your use of the Services.
Nothing provided through the Services, including any information relating to tokens, points, rewards, earning mechanisms, or network participation, constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Unich does not recommend or endorse any particular asset, strategy, or course of action.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and merits associated with any interaction involving digital assets, including Freedom Coin (FC) or any other cryptographic token or reward mechanism made available within the Unich ecosystem. Any decisions you make based on information obtained through the Services are made entirely at your own discretion and risk.
By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you possess sufficient knowledge and experience to understand the functioning, risks, and limitations of blockchain-based systems, cryptographic assets, smart contracts, and decentralized or semi-decentralized applications.
You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are generally irreversible and that the loss of private keys, credentials, or access mechanisms may result in permanent loss of digital assets or account access. Unich does not store, recover, or reset private keys or recovery phrases on your behalf unless expressly stated otherwise.
You acknowledge that blockchain technologies, digital assets, and token-based ecosystems exist in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. Laws, regulations, and enforcement actions may change at any time and may differ significantly across jurisdictions.
Such changes may limit, restrict, or prohibit the availability of certain Services, features, or assets, including the ability to earn, use, transfer, or redeem digital assets within the Unich ecosystem. Unich may be required to modify, suspend, or discontinue certain aspects of the Services in response to legal or regulatory requirements, without liability to you.
You agree that Unich shall not be responsible for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from regulatory changes or legal restrictions affecting the Services.
You understand that the Services rely on complex software systems, smart contracts, cryptographic protocols, and network infrastructure that may contain vulnerabilities, bugs, or design limitations.
Advancements in computing, including the development of new cryptographic techniques or quantum computing, may compromise existing security models. While Unich may implement reasonable safeguards and updates, Unich does not guarantee that the Services are secure against all current or future threats.
You further acknowledge that third-party applications, protocols, or integrations accessible through the Services may be insecure, malicious, or improperly designed. Any interaction with such third-party components is undertaken entirely at your own risk, and Unich bears no responsibility for losses arising from such interactions.
You acknowledge that the value of digital assets, including any tokens or rewards associated with the Unich Network, may be highly volatile and subject to rapid and unpredictable fluctuations.
Participation in token-based systems may result in partial or total loss of economic value. Transaction costs, network fees, or operational constraints may increase over time and materially impact your ability to use or transfer digital assets.
You agree that Unich shall not be liable for any losses resulting from price volatility, liquidity limitations, market conditions, or changes in network economics.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Unich shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including but not limited to loss of digital assets, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
You acknowledge that these disclaimers and risk acknowledgments are a fundamental basis upon which the Services are provided to you.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you irrevocably waive, release, and discharge Unich Network, together with its founders, operators, affiliates, service providers, partners, and representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
This waiver includes, without limitation, claims arising from:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unich Network from any losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Unich Network reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any claim subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate fully.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, AND EVEN IF UNICH NETWORK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH CASES, LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, interfaces, designs, content, trademarks, and branding elements, are owned by or licensed to Unich Network.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Services, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with prior written consent.
The names “Unich Network,” “Unich,” “Freedom Coin,” “FC,” and related marks are protected identifiers. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
The Services may include links or integrations to third-party websites, applications, or protocols. These are provided solely for convenience.
Unich Network does not control and is not responsible for third-party resources, including their:
Your interactions with third-party services are governed entirely by their own terms and policies, and you access them at your own risk.
Unich Network may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably believes that:
Upon termination or suspension, your access rights will immediately cease. Certain data may be retained for legal or operational purposes, and on-chain records may be immutable.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and dispute resolution clauses.
These Terms are entered into solely between you and Unich Network. No other person or entity shall have any rights or benefits under these Terms.

Unich Network may remove content or restrict access as required by applicable law.
You and Unich Network agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions first.
If unresolved, disputes shall, to the extent permitted by law, be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class or representative proceedings.
Unich Network may seek injunctive or equitable relief where necessary to protect its intellectual property or proprietary rights.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law as determined by Unich Network, unless otherwise required by law.
These Terms of Service, together with any additional policies, guidelines, rules, disclosures, or conditions published or referenced by Unich Network from time to time, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Unich Network regarding your access to and use of the Site, Services, and Content.
They supersede and replace any prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any supplemental terms or policies, such supplemental terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
The failure by Unich Network to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The parties agree that such invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted in a manner that best reflects the original intent of the parties.
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws designated by Unich Network, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Except as otherwise provided in the dispute resolution section, you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts designated by Unich Network for the resolution of any dispute not subject to arbitration.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Site, Services, Content, or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year from the earlier of the date on which the alleged loss or damage occurred or the date on which the conduct giving rise to the claim occurred, unless a shorter limitation period is required by applicable law.
Any claim not brought within the applicable limitation period shall be permanently barred.

If Unich Network operates features, token distributions, or blockchain functionalities under an enclosed, restricted, or pre-open network phase, you acknowledge and agree that additional limitations may apply prior to the full public enablement of the network.
During any such enclosed network period, you agree that you shall not offer, sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of any native tokens, rewards, balances, or derivatives thereof for fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or any other consideration, except as expressly permitted by Unich Network.
You further agree that you are the sole authorized holder of your account and any associated wallets and that you will not transfer, assign, delegate, or grant access to your account or wallet to any other individual or entity during the enclosed network period.
You agree not to engage in any unlawful, deceptive, or circumvention activities intended to bypass these restrictions or any technical, contractual, or policy-based limitations imposed by Unich Network.
VIOLATION OF THIS SECTION MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT, INVALIDATION OF PENDING MIGRATIONS OR REWARDS, FORFEITURE OF BALANCES, AND ANY OTHER MEASURES DEEMED NECESSARY BY UNICH NETWORK TO PREVENT OR MITIGATE HARM. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY SUCH CONSEQUENCES RESULT FROM YOUR OWN ACTIONS AND WAIVE ANY CLAIM AGAINST UNICH NETWORK ARISING FROM SUCH ENFORCEMENT.
You understand and agree that prior to identity verification or other eligibility requirements, certain activities on the Site may generate points, scores, or non-transferable indicators reflecting participation or contribution within the Unich Network ecosystem.
Such balances or indicators:
Unich Network may require successful completion of identity verification (including KYC and compliance checks) before allowing any conversion, migration, or issuance of blockchain-based tokens or on-chain rewards. Failure to meet eligibility requirements, violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory restrictions may result in denial, cancellation, or reversal of any migration or reward.
You further acknowledge that any forum-specific, utility-based, or interaction tokens used within Unich Network features are solely functional in nature, have no intrinsic or external value, cannot be transferred outside their intended environment, and may be priced, modified, or discontinued at Unich Network’s sole discretion.
Unich Network may establish grace periods during which users must complete required actions, including identity verification, compliance confirmations, or migrations, in order to preserve eligibility for rewards, balances, or tokens.
FAILURE TO COMPLETE REQUIRED ACTIONS WITHIN THE APPLICABLE GRACE PERIOD MAY RESULT IN PARTIAL OR TOTAL FORFEITURE OF UNMIGRATED BALANCES OR REWARDS, WITHOUT COMPENSATION.
Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that you may permanently forfeit any accumulated balances or rewards if you:
Such forfeiture shall be deemed a direct consequence of your actions, and you waive any claim against Unich Network arising from the enforcement of this section.
